Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or property rule violations through visible presence and routine observation;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership
