You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication while responding to security-related concerns.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the retail location.
+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels.
+ Support store operations by monitoring foot traffic, observing for unusual activity, and assisting with crowd management during busy periods and/or special events.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the sales floor, stock areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* Minimum Requirements:
*
* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ CPR/First Aid is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
