Data Center Security Specialist, DC Security

We are looking for a Data Center Security Specialist (DSS) to join our Infrastructure Operations team, managing and improving site security operations in our data centers. The role supports physical security, incident handling, equipment, construction projects, and vendor management.

• Manage physical security operations, including deploying security policies and procedures.
• Develop post orders and security procedures.
• Handle site incidents and coordinate with security equipment.
• Participate in recurring site audits, reviews and test new security technologies.
• Lead day-to-day process improvement activities and manage vendors.
• Work with construction projects to ensure security compliance.

• 2+ years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• Experience with physical security best practices, including application of physical security systems, investigation techniques, and management of contract security guards.

• Experience in commercial or industrial work.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and adapting to change.
• Experience using data and metrics to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

10am-7pm EST, Monday-Friday.

Base salary range: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour. Your package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
