Flex Security Officer
Pay: $18.50 per hour (weekly pay)
Hiring:
Immediately
All shifts and days are available

• Train at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
• Work shifts that become available due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.
• Be prepared to work any shift scheduled in advance, including short‑notice cover calls.
• Maintain detailed reports and adhere to Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Act quickly and efficiently in accordance with directives.

• Reliable transportation.
• One year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Ability to mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written communication skills to read and understand instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Scheduling will vary based on operational need.
• Shifts will be posted as available; some may require short‑notice coverage.
• You are expected to work any shift scheduled in advance that falls within your availability.
• Refusal of more than 20% of short‑notice call‑in shifts may negatively impact employment status.
