• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, staff, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site protocols, reporting issues or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by observing surroundings, providing directions, and/or assisting with de‑escalation and customer service interactions while following Allied Universal standards and post instructions.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
