Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor and document the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery drivers, confirming credentials, authorizations, and shipment-related information in accordance with post procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, access points, loading areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Help to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns by observing site activity, reporting unusual conditions, and maintaining accurate logs, reports, and visitor records
