As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Delphi, IN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

$15.15 / Hour

Day Time:
Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, damaged property, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Support facility operations by observing loading and unloading activity, maintaining awareness of restricted areas, and assisting with security‑related requests from site personnel consistent with post orders.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
