Location: Whitestown
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit at the location by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing passes, and/or maintaining accurate access records;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed;
Observe loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and/or perimeter access points to help to identify unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or operational concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, docks, trailer areas, and other key access control locations
