Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with site protocols for an industrial environment;
Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or potential hazards observed during patrols and interactions at the location
