Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated checkpoints, verify credentials when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding visitor activity, deliveries, and other security-related matters;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to Allied Universal guidelines and site expectations;
Provide customer service and deter security incidents through visibility and engagement with staff and visitors
