Customer Service Security Officer

Job Description

Position: Security Officer / Guard

Wage: $/hour

CPR Certification Required. Must be available for 2nd and/or 3rd shift and weekends. We help make your world a safer place.

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Actively monitor premises, including patrolling a variety of locations and preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives.
• Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
• Maintain a vigilant presence to identify potential risks or incidents.

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• On‑site client assignments may require frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and walking on uneven terrain.
• Possibility of lifting or moving up to 10 pounds routinely and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.
