Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation;
Assist with traffic flow and delivery vehicle access while helping to maintain an orderly environment around the location
