Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff information while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
