Event Security & Crowd Management Associate

Join BEST Crowd Management at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center to support safe, memorable events. In this on-site role, you'll provide crowd management, basic security, and guest services for games, conventions, and special events. Responsibilities include monitoring entry points, managing lines and crowd flow, assisting guests with directions and seating, and following all safety and emergency procedures. You'll work as part of a trained, professional team in a structured, safety-focused environment with opportunities to gain experience in security and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide crowd management and guest services at Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention Center events
• Monitor entry points, ticket areas, and crowd flow to ensure safety and security
• Assist guests with directions, seating, accessibility needs, and event information
• Follow BEST Crowd Management and venue policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Report incidents, safety concerns, and suspicious activity promptly to supervisors
• Support evacuation or emergency response as directed by event command staff
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain a professional, service-focused environment
• Participate in required trainings, briefings, and post-event debriefs to improve operations
• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and reliable attendance for assigned events
• Use radios or other communication tools to coordinate with staff across the venue
