Location: Bristol
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation;
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations, incidents, and/or operational needs
