Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Superintendent – Industrial Piping to oversee piping construction activities on industrial projects nationwide. This leadership role is responsible for planning and managing field labor to ensure safe, high‑quality installation in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Lead and coordinate field crews for industrial piping construction and maintenance
• Oversee installation of carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
• Manage labor productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex construction and startup challenges
• Coordinate materials, rigging activities, and equipment positioning
• Communicate with general contractors, plant personnel, and project teams
• Enforce safety policies and support incident investigations
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and crew documentation
• Mentor and develop field personnel

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Extensive experience in industrial piping construction and supervision
• Strong knowledge of piping methods, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proven leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
• General computer proficiency

Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work from scaffolding/lifts, drive a company vehicle, and travel between job sites.
