AV Designers + Technology is looking for a Lead AV Installation Technician to lead commercial AV installations across corporate, education, and other professional environments.
What you’ll do:- Lead on-site installation of commercial AV systems
- Install displays, audio systems, control systems, and conferencing tech
- Read and execute AV drawings and system designs
- Mentor technicians and manage daily jobsite workflow
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
- Ensure clean, professional, high-quality installations
- 5+ years of commercial AV installation experience
- Prior lead or crew leadership experience
- Strong AV signal flow knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and lead from the field
- Training & certification opportunities
