We are looking for a self‑motivated Body/Paint Technician with experience in auto, marine, or RV body work who can repair, fabricate, and paint damaged body panels of RVs. The technician will also be trained on other RV repairs between collision jobs. Qualified candidates should be proficient in repairing fiberglass, aluminum, steel, and composites and ready to spray both single‑stage and base/clear paint systems.

• Execute work orders while diagnosing and repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures, determining the best product for repair.
• Track parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and ensure that the final product is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Perform related troubleshooting tasks based on skill level.
• Remove vehicle trim to gain access to vehicle body.
• Properly fill depressions with body filler to ensure quality repair.
• Remove damaged parts using power tools and cutting torch.
• Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using power tools and welding equipment.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
• Replace bolts on panels and align properly.
• Make cosmetic repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections to original specifications.
• Develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job.

• Previous experience in custom vehicle painting, automotive painting, RV painting, or metal/body work.
• Ability to prep, refinish, and color match.
• Experience in base coat and clear coat applications.
• Experience with fades, pearls, and stripes.
• Finish major painting repairs.
• Complete work in a high‑quality manner.

• Fiberglass repair and finishing.

• RV collision repair.
