Seasonal Install & Enhancement Associate

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Seasonal Install & Enhancement Associate experienced in landscape gardens, enhancements, and installs. The associate will work on solo projects, with other team members, and ensure every detail aligns with our uncompromising standards of excellence.

Position Overview

The Seasonal Install & Enhancement Associate supports the enhancement crew with the installation of seasonal plantings, landscape features, mulch, soil amendments, and other softscape elements. This role is vital to ensuring the successful execution of landscape enhancement projects that meet customer expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of seasonal color displays, including planting annuals/perennials, arranging containers, and spreading soil/mulch.
  • Follow instructions and guidance from the Crew Leader to ensure accurate execution of planting plans and design layouts.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as watering, deadheading, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure healthy, attractive displays.
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and plant material from trucks.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, job sites, and vehicles.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and use equipment appropriately.
  • Report any plant health issues, supply needs, or site challenges to the Crew Leader.
  • Support a positive, team‑oriented work environment by being punctual, cooperative, and focused on quality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn planting techniques and seasonal design principles.
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Driver’s license is a plus.
