* What We’re Looking For:

Responsibilities and Requirements
*** Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
* Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
* Ensure work complies with NEC, state, and local codes
* Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other departments
* Maintain a clean and safe job site
* Accurately document work performed and materials used
* Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana
* Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience
* Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Customer-focused & quality-driven approach
* Valid driving license with an acceptable driving record
* A background check is required
