Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Plumber to join our team in the beautiful Villa Haven, Maldives. As a Plumber in our tropical island paradise, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a timely manner
• Perform leak detection and implement appropriate repair solutions
• Clean and unclog drains using specialized tools and equipment
• Install and repair various plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for plumbing installations
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests or team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a resort or a hotel
• Proficiency in using various plumbing tools and equipment
• Strong skills in pipe fitting, installation, and repair
• Expertise in leak detection and drain cleaning techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
• Understanding of water systems and water conservation techniques
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Willingness to adapt to working in a tropical island environment
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
