Location: Syracuse
Spherion - Up to $35.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Directly supervise crew, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day issues.;
Schedule and oversee work performed by subcontractors, ensuring everything meets project specifications and quality standards.;
Maintain precise project files in Builder Trend, including time logs and schedules.;
Proactively communicate any out-of-scope work or change orders to the project manager.;
Hands-on finish carpentry tasks, including framing, installing windows and doors, deck construction, and custom trim work for both new builds and remodels.
