- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control duties regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate, manage, and work as a team player.
- Ensure that the team and subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Recognize unsafe conditions or hazards and correct or ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Read and understand pool blueprints/plans thoroughly.
- Confidently lay out pool according to plans to ensure accurate measurements.
- Read and understand rebar drawings and placement.
- Set batter boards and reference points for finish wall, back wall, gutters, and setback for Shotcrete.
- Install stairs, benches, radius points, and recessed steps.
- Operate Excavator, Skid Steer, and Forklift Equipment.
- Maintain a daily written log of activities on the jobsite.
- Perform duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
- Walk projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Perform pipe pressure testing safely.
- Calculate concrete, gravel, and backfill quantities.
- Set and install skimmers, light niches, block anchors, dive board anchors, and handrail accessories.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Pass background and drug screening
- Travel out of town by vehicle, flying, or other means of transportation
- Work weekends or extended hours if necessary
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and establish, maintain, and foster positive working relationships

- Mobility and Endurance:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Stamina to work long hours, including potential overtime, to meet project deadlines.
- Strength and Dexterity:
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools, materials, and equipment.
- Environmental Tolerance:
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
- Tolerance for noisy and dusty environments with PPE as needed.
- Sensory Abilities:
- Good vision (corrected or uncorrected) for inspecting work, reading blueprints, and observing safety protocols.
- Adequate hearing (corrected or uncorrected) for effective communication and hazard awareness.
- Flexibility and Agility:
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch; comfortable working at heights.
- General Physical Condition:
- Overall fitness to perform physically demanding tasks and respond to on-site emergencies if necessary.
