Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Indianapolis. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to start or grow their career in the HVAC industry. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings. Training and development opportunities are provided.

• Assist with service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, and air handlers
• Support senior technicians with installation projects
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate service records and reports using company software
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training a plus)
• EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces)
