Senior Diesel Mechanic 2nd Shift – $1500 Sign‑On Bonus

• Starting salary $27–$40 per hour, depending on experience
• Tool allowance reimbursement up to $125 a month

• Monday – Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (second shift)
• No weekends
• Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance
• Repair/maintenance shop at the Whitestown, IN hauling site

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on trucks and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times
• Review and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping
• Occasional sitting and balancing

• Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather, heat, and humidity
