Key Responsibilities
* Lead the installation, wiring, and setup of building automation and control systems in commercial facilities
* Interpret control drawings, schematics, and sequences of operation
* Coordinate field activities with project managers, technicians, and other trades
* Commission control systems and ensure proper system functionality
* Troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues including sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication networks
* Program or assist with programming of building automation systems as needed
* Ensure installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements
* Provide field leadership and technical guidance to other technicians on site
* Communicate project progress, issues, and system performance to project leadership### Qualifications
* Experience working with
** building automation systems or HVAC/Electrical controls
*** Strong understanding of electrical controls, HVAC systems, and system integration
* Ability to read and interpret control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
* Experience troubleshooting control systems and field equipment
* Strong leadership and communication skills in field environments
* Ability to work independently and manage field tasks effectively
* Valid driver’s license required###

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods
* Ability to work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other commercial facility environments
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and elevated surfaces
