• Compensation: $18 - $30/hr depending on experience

As a Commercial Roofing Service Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, the technician role is a hands‑on service position focused on repair excellence. The technician performs service calls, repair work, and diagnostic inspections while delivering dependable service in the field. • Complete roofing inspections, service calls, and repair tasks while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Diagnose issues accurately, communicate findings clearly, and deliver consistent service results on every job.
• Ensure reliable service outcomes while supporting customer needs in the field.
• Show strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver efficient service solutions under varying conditions.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Daily travel within the home market.

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Ability to perform service tasks at heights
• Low‑slope systems knowledge.
• Comfort climbing ladders and working at heights
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screen
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season

• This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites.
• Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
