Schedule:

Monday – Friday Dayshift
.

• Provide quality repair services on construction equipment in order to meet customer needs in a responsive, friendly, educated, and timely manner.
• Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer‑owned construction equipment.
• Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute solutions.
• Participate in Service Training programs for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Document all repairs and testing for customer and warranty repairs.
• Perform any other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor and/or management of the company.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2‑year technical school graduate preferred.
• 1 year of fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop is required; 3‑5 years preferred.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team.
• Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate the assigned repairs.
• Heavy equipment and/or agricultural experience is a plus.

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.
• Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50‑100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20‑50 pounds and/or continuously lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10‑20 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
• Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
