Job Description Sports Flooring InstallerPay: Starting at $18-$25/hour, based on experience
Full-Time
Jack Laurie Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Sports Flooring team. This position specializes in the installation, repair, sanding, finishing, and maintenance of hardwood athletic floors and rubber sports flooring in schools, universities, recreation centers, and athletic facilities throughout Indiana.

Responsibilities- Install hardwood sports flooring, including basketball and gymnasium courts
- Install rubber athletic flooring and fitness flooring systems
- Assist with floor preparation, layout, and material handling
- Sand, finish, paint, and maintain athletic flooring surfaces
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Travel to job sites throughout Indiana
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Construction, flooring, carpentry, or related experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
