, the Best Choice in utility construction, is hiring an Aerial/Overhead Telecom Lineman in the Indianapolis, IN area.

• Planning and initiating projects
• Establishing OSHA and customer safety requirements
• Setting poles
• Maintaining and repairing overhead fiber optic facilities
• Installing new strand and lashing fiber
• Installing and maintaining down guys, overhead guys, etc.
• Building risers, installing snow shoes/slack coils
• Tree trimming

• Must have 1+ year’s experience in the industry
• Experience with commercial deliveries and transport in the Akron/Cleveland area
• Basic tools required (climbing tools: belt and gaffs, basic hand tools, etc.)
• Valid CDL-A strongly desired
• Bilingual and prior construction experience highly desirable

Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
