Star Heating and Cooling is hiring a motivated Entry Level HVAC Service Technician who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a few months of experience who wants hands‑on training, year‑round work, and long‑term career growth.
What You’ll Earn- $21 - $29 per hour (starting rate based on experience) + performance bonuses
- Company vehicle, phone, tablet, and uniform provided
- Paid training and certification support (including NATE and EPA)

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call rotation only as needed after training)
What You’ll Do- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and clear recommendations
- Complete service tickets and accurate documentation
- Work independently while being fully supported by an experienced team
- Grow your skills quickly with paid training and real on‑the‑job experience
- EPA Type II Certification (required)
- 6+ months of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Service Titan experience is a plus (not required)
