Maintenance Technician
- The Residences at Carmel City Center
Regular Full-Time Manual Labor CCC Residences, Carmel, IN, US
Salary Range: $23.00 To $26.00 Hourly
We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; “can do” and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Fulfill service requests
- Maintain apartment grounds
- Conduct apartment punch
- Make readies
- General plumbing
- General electrical
- Pool maintenance
- Maintenance shop organization
- Complete emergency on-call work orders
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation and car insurance
- One year of previous apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC experience (preferred)
- HVAC certification (a plus but not required)
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
- Shared on-call responsibility
- Weekend availability
