Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proven maintenance experience (multifamily housing preferred).
  • HVAC experience and EPA certification (Type II or Universal) are a plus.
  • Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
  • Ability to manage after-hours emergency calls.
  • Possess your own basic tools and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Position Responsibilities
  • Maintain apartment buildings, grounds, and community amenities.
  • Address and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards are met.
