Job Overview

Masters Heating & Cooling is offering a $2,500 sign on bonus for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team. We proudly serve the Indianapolis area for nearly 30 years and provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our customers.

This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. You will take accountability for leading a high‑performing installation team, maintain a customer‑focused mindset, use excellent communication skills, and continuously learn industry trends.

• 3+ years HVAC installing experience
• EPA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Preferred: HVAC certification, Service Titan or similar
