As an experienced Pipe Foreman
, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 2 to 8 employees, taking charge of water and sanitary sewer pipe installations. You’ll play a key role in driving productivity, safety, and environmental compliance while guiding your team through various field operations, from excavation to restoration. The starting pay is $35.00-$42.00 per hour contingent upon experience. We are currently offering limited-time sign-on and referral bonuses to all new hires who meet the requirements outlined in our sign-on and referral bonus programs.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and work alongside your crew on a variety of tasks, including field operations, maintenance, restoration, construction, investigations, installations, cleanups, and more.
  • Plan, assign, and complete daily tasks while ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining high safety standards, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Serve as the Competent Safety Person for the crew, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality control measures on every project.
  • Ensure all tools, vehicles, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and safely, performing minor repairs or adjustments when needed.
  • Be the primary point of contact for both internal and external partners, building strong working relationships with clients, management, and the general public.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues to maintain satisfaction and project success.
What We Need
  • Valid Indiana Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of water and sanitary pipe experience, including trenching and shoring.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a foreman.
  • Experience in pipeline construction, operations, maintenance, and installation is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and manuals related to safety, procedures, and operations.
  • Demonstrated mechanical proficiency, including manual dexterity and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance.
  • Strong professional integrity with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, management, clients, and the public.
  • Physical stamina to work in various positions (sitting, bending, lifting, standing, walking, and climbing) and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, with occasional office or maintenance shop work for administrative tasks.
