• Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and drywall work as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with management, office staff, customers, suppliers, and property managers.
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, organized tools, and a presentable vehicle.
• Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities and present them to the customer to build confidence and grow business.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall).
• Ability to work independently and manage job sites.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Presentable appearance, a neat vehicle, and organized tools.
• Willingness to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a winning team.
• Must know how to use essential tools for the tasks; not required to own all tools.
