HVAC Maintenance Technician
- Entry Level | $18.00 to $30.00 per hour
depending on experience + spiffs
Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm | occasional overtime
Work Schedule
:
Monday through Friday

- Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Consulting customer maintenance options, repairs, Indoor Air Quality products, and replacement options
- Providing excellent customer service
- Receiving hands‑on instruction on the job training
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Mechanical aptitude
- Customer service experience
- Construction, HVAC, Electrical or similar industry experience a plus
- EPA Certification desired, but not required; we will train
- Ability to follow directions, both verbally and written, from lead workers and Supervisors
- Ability to use power tools such as drills and saws, and hand tools
- Ability to use basic math, and read a tape measure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
