Job Title:
Construction Laborer
The position involves working as a technician responsible for production tasks related to creating underground Concrete Duct Bank boxes. The role requires flexibility as technicians may be assigned to different roles within the process.
Responsibilities- Set up and tie in rebar, preparing it for the next station.
- Assist with creating forms by cutting and measuring materials.
- Clean and oil forms before and after each assembly.
- Assist with pouring concrete, ensuring it is positioned correctly, and operate vibrating tools to settle concrete flush in forms.
- Finish concrete once the box is complete and starts to cure.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility with tasks such as broom work, picking up trash, and moving materials to different staging lanes.
- Experience in construction and general labor.
- Ability to work outside, bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling.
- Capability to lift 50 lbs or more to head level.
- Ability to carry materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Concrete experience in either residential or commercial settings.
- OSHA 10 certification or any similar certification is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe role involves both indoor and outdoor work on an open construction site. The environment may involve dealing with mud, wet conditions, and cold weather, with hot temperatures during the summer.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr.
