Sunbelt Rentals – the fastest growing rental business in North America – is seeking a Pump and Power Technician 2.

The Pump & Power Technician 2 performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs in the safest and most effective way possible with an emphasis on returning equipment to service to avoid equipment downtime.

• 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment
• EPA Section 608 universal certification required

• Basic understanding of refrigeration (EPA Certified), electrical engines and controllers, dehumidification equipment from CDI and Munters, compressed air treatment (dryers/filters/after coolers)
• Knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, shoring; understanding of diesel equipment, generators, and air compressors
• Ability to read electric schematics and hydraulic flow
• Experience with similar equipment

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
