HVAC Technician – Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, proven troubleshooting skills, and at least 5 years of hands‑on experience repairing both commercial and residential systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
- Diagnose system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Work safely and efficiently on‑site, adhering to all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC vocational or trade school program (highly preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions
Salary range: $35,000 – $65,000/year, based on experience and qualifications.
