Archadeck of Indianapolis, a nationally recognized leader in outdoor living design and construction, is seeking experienced carpenters to join our team. We are looking for skilled craftsmen interested in steady, year-round work and a long-term professional relationship. We specialize in high-end custom projects, including decks, pergolas, screened porches, and sunrooms. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in framing, roof structures, and finish carpentry.

• Build & Construct:
  Lead the construction of custom decks, porches, pergolas, and 3-season rooms.
• Structural Work:
  Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
• Materials Mastery:
  Work expertly with various materials, including pressure-treated wood and high-end composite decking.
• Blueprint Literacy:
  Read and interpret detailed building plans and architectural drawings.
• Project Management:
  Create and verify material take-offs and manage job site safety in accordance with OSHA standards.

• Experience:
  
  Crew leads must have at least 5 years of construction experience specifically focused on decks, pergolas, and roof structures.
• Professionalism: A keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a tidy personal appearance.
• Equipment & Tools:
  Must own a reliable vehicle (capable of transporting materials/tools) and a full set of professional-grade tools.
• Compliance:
  Must maintain and provide proof of active General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance policies. These policies must remain active.
• Physical Ability:
  Comfortable with ladder work and framing roof structures.
• Reliability: A positive attitude and a proven track record of punctuality.
