Location: Indianapolis

Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Work

Perform maintenance and repair on commercial and light industrial plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
Operate specialized equipment, including drain cameras, drain machines, and jetters.
Install, maintain, and service fixtures and piping in accordance with codes and specifications.
Conduct inspections and provide solutions that prevent future problems.

Customer & Team Collaboration

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and teammates.
Deliver solutions that reflect frēijē’s commitment to long-term partnerships and quality service.
Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion.

Safety & Work Environment

Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work in various weather conditions and environments, including crawlspaces, attics, and elevated spaces.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Must pass background and drug screenings.
5+ years of commercial and/or light industrial plumbing experience.
Skilled with drain cameras, drain machines, and jetter equipment.
Backflow certification preferred but not required.
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and take on-call shifts.
