• Diagnose and repair a wide array of John Deere equipment to keep customers’ machinery running.
• Install and support AMS precision Ag technology to drive performance and efficiency.
• Work in the shop and field service environment, responding to on‑site diagnostics and repairs.
• Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing training and manufacturer certifications.

• Advanced diagnostic expertise on agricultural and turf equipment, including John Deere's Ag Management Solutions.
• Technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Field‑service capability to perform on‑site diagnostics and repairs.
• Commitment to continuous learning through service training programs.
• Experience operating diagnostic vehicles and machinery.
• Tool and equipment maintenance, including service vehicles and shop tools.
• Workplace organization and adherence to safety protocols.
• Accurate documentation and reporting of work orders, time, and materials.

• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Fluent in diagnostic tools and software.
• Experience with AMS/Precision Ag systems is a major plus.
• A team player who takes pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, adapt in the field, and never cut corners on safety.
• High school diploma required; technical degree or certifications a major plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
