Job Purpose:

Routine maintenance of Solaredge's buildings in Modiin, offices, and laboratories.

Job Contents:

• Maintenance of structures and building systems - preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule and repair faults
• Repairs and renovations across various sites
• Carrying out construction and general maintenance work - painting, plastering, installations, locksmithing, light fixtures, plumbing, metalwork, and more
• Supplying and installing equipment

Requirements:

• Licensed electrician – mandatory
• Good knowledge of structural infrastructure systems (HVAC, electricity, water and sewage, fire safety, and more)
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in system maintenance and building maintenance (public buildings/office buildings with an area of 10,000 sqm or more)
• Work at heights, HVAC technician - advantage
• Experience with complex systems (hospitals/laboratories/high-tech) – advantage
• Willingness to work overtime and be on standby including weekends
• Ability to work independently and in a team
