As a Mid-Level Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems. You will work closely with clients to ensure their systems operate efficiently and reliably. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers and rooftop units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues to determine optimal solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Respond to service calls and emergency requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all service work, including repairs, parts used, and service history.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial HVAC service technician.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various temperatures and environments.
