We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Advanced Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. This role requires strong mechanical, and electrical knowledge. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance within our Property Management Company.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct HVAC/R repairs, and low/high voltage electrical work as needed.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
  • Work with field service teams to resolve complex technical problems on‑site or remotely.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with property managers and owners to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
Skills
  • Proven experience in maintenance within the property management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and management.
  • Ability to operate precision measuring instruments including ammeters and ohmmeters.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and ability to perform related repairs.
  • Experience with high voltage (HVAC/R) systems and low voltage electrical work.
  • Ability to operate scissor lifts safely for elevated work tasks.
  • Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly.
  • Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external vendors during field service operations.
  • Effective communication skills in English for documentation and collaboration purposes.

The Maintenance Technician will be integral in maintaining operational excellence through proactive maintenance strategies and technical problem-solving capabilities.
