We are one of Indianapolis' top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies. We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join our team.

• Complete tasks in plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and related trades.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean, organized vehicle and tools.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Identify and communicate additional repair or improvement opportunities to customers.
• Work independently while cooperating as part of a team.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.

• Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades.
• Experience in troubleshooting and rapid problem‑solving.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of essential hand and power tools.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean‑cut appearance, organized tools, and a decent vehicle.
• W-2 status and ability to work locally (no weekend work).
