We are seeking a Service Technician Foreman to lead service crews and oversee roofing service operations. This role combines hands‑on service work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality repairs and excellent customer service.

• Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls
• Diagnose complex roofing issues and perform repairs
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff
• Train and mentor service team members
• Maintain accurate service records and reports

• 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities
• Valid driver's license required
