Field Service Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a Service Technician to deliver technical knowledge, customer service, and professionalism. The role involves troubleshooting and servicing buildings in the field.

• Conduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry within the Branch territory
• Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, over the phone and in-person
• Maintain a safe working environment and practice safe working habits, including complying with client safety standards on-site

• High School diploma or GED required
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience helpful
• General contractor’s license preferred
• Valid motor vehicle license and good driving record required
• Knowledge and experience with HVAC equipment and appliances if performing HVAC duties; required licenses per law
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge necessary
• Good communication skills to interact with customers, salespeople, contractors, shop personnel, and Will Scot employees
