• $18–$25/hour (based on experience)
• 4 DAY WORK WEEK
• Company van + tools provided
• PTO after 90 days
• Consistent, year-round work

• Installing blinds, shades, and shutters
• Learning motorized screens, awnings, and pergolas
• Working directly with customers on-site
• Making sure every install is done clean and right
